That Lincoln was bouncing all over the place i think its funny as hell. Looks a little unsafe with that soft suspension, but can't hate them for trying..........

I think its the extra height. it is AWD vs RWD, but it is shocking it beat out a Maserati, Mercedes, and Jag.

I am going off memory here so correct me if I am wrong but doesn't this deal with more of how boosted cars don't lose HP at higher altitudes like NA cars do than a V6 vs a V8. Why did they not put like a 335i in the competition or a new s4 (I think those are the supercharged ones?), would that not be comparable?

Of course the FI engine is going to run better at higher altitudes. Re-do the test near sea level on a road course and the results will be reversed.

Honeslty, while I like the ecoboost and all...I think the comparison was just silly at 12,000 feet. The ONLY can that could maintain nearly ALL of it's power is the Lincoln due to it's turbochargers. No naturally aspirated nor supercharged car will be able to produce nearly the same power output that high as they would in sea level.

dude, Ecoboost has Twin Turbochargers. I dont think any of the V8's had Turbos..

Not surprised at all.

Next test can the Lincon Float in water longer then a German car? I cant wait to find out.
