i 30/35 question

I know it's finished, but something I have been wondering for a while, is the i35 the same size as the '02 and earlier Maxima? I have never seen an i35 anywhere near a Maxima anywhere near an i35, they have similar lines, but are they close in size? I am just curious,

The A33 I30/I35 are both based on the 5th generation Maxima (2000-2003 models)

If you've seen the 2000-2001 I30 then, that's pretty much how the I35 looks. Yes, they're pretty close (if not identical) in size and is basically a 5G Maxima GLE in an Infiniti suit.

That's what i thought, even thought the i seems a bit "beefier" than the Maxima. Oh, so this new Maxima was an '04 model then, I didn't realize that!
