MBZ McLaren SLR at a local dealer.
OMG that car was sooo sexy. Looks way hotter than in pictures. The price on it was $2,000,000. That right there was a mark up of $1,500,000 on the base $500,000. I will snap some pics sometime and post them.

I recently just saw one at the dealer here in NY also, it was 1.2 million and was CRAZY in person!!!

Actually the price on the car is 445k but the selling price is 1mil. I don't know what dealer you saw it at but it's on display at the Laguna Niguel MB showroom in Orange County. According to the dealer it makes around 650hp V8 Kompressor engine, gull wing doors and everything else carbon fiber and platinum finish. Excellent looking car but just way to overpriced. The Carrera GT can be had for sticker price of 450k a bargain compared to the SLR.

Glenn the car itself is $450K but they are selling it for $2 mil. The car is at Keyes European in Van Nuys.

I'd rather have the Carrera GT. If I have that much to spend on a car, I rather spend them on a Porsche to be honest.
