Any Honda or ex-Honda owners I need assistance
My son just recently bought a used 2002 Honda civic ex coupe.....Its perfect for his needs. But the other day the low beam on the Drivers side blew out.....
So, I figured, if I can swap out the bulbs on my G, this should be a piece of cake..................WRONG!!!! Any one have any idea how to get the bulb out.... First off, the power steering resevoir is right in the way.... It doesn't look like you can reach it from underneath the car... The only way it seems possible is to remove the whole headlamp assembly............Could that be possible? I mean thats a lot of work to get at a bulb..... If anyone here has any insight as to the replacement of the bulb, it would be appreciated...... Thanks in advance..... I would have posted this on a Honda forum, but I didn't want to register just to be ranked about a noob asking about a simple bulb replacement......j/k 04 cpe IP/willow/5at/prem/18's/JDM clear corners/Piaa's/MTEC H4 Super White fog/highs ![]() 04 cpe IP/willow/5at/prem/18's/JDM clear corners/Piaa's/MTEC H4 Super White fog/highs |

Re: Any Honda or ex-Honda owners I need assistance
I believe u need to slide the resevoir up and out of the way. After that is done, it should be more accessable. Get your son to help out, he probably has smaller hands. Taking the headlights out is definitely not necessary.
Been there...done that.. ![]() It's still a G thang!! |
