That was actually an interesting race. Even though the Skyline lost, it was actually the faster/more powerful car by a long shot. Look at the trap speeds at the end: 122MPH for the Supra versus 132MPH for the Skyline. To run a 12 second quarter with a 132 MPH tells you the launch or the shifting of the Skyline was nothing short of horrible. A 132 MPH trap speed should be in the low to mid 10's in the quarter. The Skyline got a REALLY bad launch - looked like bog city. Isn't the Skyline GTR AWD? With AWD, he should have left the Supra like he was standing still with a good launch.

Incidentally, that Supra got an amazing launch and was very well driven. A 10.2 with only 122MPH trap speed is pretty amazing. I bet his 60ft. times were incredibly low. Its unsual to get a Supra to hook up that well and turn that kind of time.
