I'd give it a B-. Run it through the spell check next time and you'll get an A.

IMO there is no doubt go with the G35. The problem outside of the bad chickish looks of the EVO is that it doen's have the fit and finish of the G35. Its like the dodge srt4, its a rocket of a car but is gay looking and has no where near the refinement of an infiniti. Furthermore look at reliability, I believe the G35 is much more reliable than anything mitsubishi offers.

I think you got that backwards when comparing these two cars. Either you can roll in a little class or in a streak, it is up to you. If you can handle the power or want a little luxury, instead go for what suits you. Looks are subjective & talk is cheap until you fulfill your thrill. At the end of the day it is not what he parks in the garage that matters, it is what puts a smile on his face.

The reliability of the Evo has been established in my earlier posts so go here for fact http://www.evolutionm.net/ go here for fiction (biaseduneducatedopinion.com). It is one of the most reliable Mitsubishi cars you can buy nowadays because it is their baby & because they build it IN Japan not here. They do not want to mess up their image anymore than it already is, especially by giving building rights of their flagship vehicle to MMCA. It is easy for many especially here & other LUXURY boards to dismiss the Evo because it is a Mitsubishi, but what you have to realize is that they have been at this thing for a long time. MMC became a pacesetter in offering high-performance 4-wheel drive production models when it introduced a full-time 4WD system using a viscous coupling-type center differential in 1987. On-going research and development since then has enabled the company to adopt electronic control and to evolve its 4WD systems in other ways. http://forums.evolutionm.net/showthread.php?t=122453, & http://forums.evolutionm.net/showthr...ht=Evo+History. Now if they spent as much time in their other cars & on MMCA quality as they do the Evo & rally, then they would go even further.

I've driven both cars, and i say the g sedan all the way, dont get me wrong the EVO is amazing, it fast and handles great. But its as far away from a luxury car as a stock lancer. My mom has a scion tc and the quality of her interior is way better to that of the EVO and its half the price. If i was 16 years old, i would get the EVO hands down. Being 23 years old i like speed and luxury, so i bought a coupe. My dad owns a 05 sedan and its the best 4dr car i've ever driven, its smooth, quite, and fast. The interior is awsome.

Thank you. As I said before I am now set on getting the G35 6 speed. I am just waiting for the right time to make a purchase and deciding the best way on purchasing the car.

Mitsubishi (and its parent companies) are hemmoraging money.

Nissan is not. I realize you've made your decision, but I'm just sayin...there's no guarantee Mitsuibishi will be around in 10 years if something goes wrong.

Roll on the floor laugh my *** off.

This is the most biased and yet most interesting argument I have ever seen in my life. They are totally different, but hey, I can't believe people will even attempt to compare things like leg room, interior, roominess, "gay looking", etc, on these two car. They are completely different and it should be more like: do you bring your car to track every weekend? or do you want to impress your future inlaws? or do you want to drive the same car as your mom? or would you like a boat ride going through twisty mountain? etc.

A lot has to do with our inner child screaming: i wish i can feel alive on the track this weekend. I want to have a luxury upscale car so I can get laid with that girl in starbucks. I appreciate the engineering of the suspension and efficiency of the engine/turbo. I want to live my 16 year old life again, and attract the attention of that chear leader.

You are the only one that know the answer, follow your heart. BTW, if you want to get laid, please get a G35 coupe, no one get laid by getting a E class station wagon regardless of it being a Benz, get it? (just kidding)

hahahaha

Although the person who started this thread has already decided I'd like to put in my two cents as well. I remember you saying that the only thing you don't like is the wing. Well you don't have to get the wing. My friend has an EVO. And I'm impressed with all the performance that it comes with stock. The things I don't like is the interior. The seats are too big, kinda like for overgrown fat people. They should be more hugging. I've been in an 88 rx7 with much better bucket style seats(it hugs the body more). But seats can be replaced so it's not a big deal. I personally love the evo. I've always wanted one since the day I watched this movie called "Legend of Speed 2". But I don't buy cars because I watched it in a movie. I wouldn't want to drive the evo to work or to the "in laws" house. Too bad the same peformance isn't achevied in the g35. *sigh*
