Audi S4 VS. EVO/STi M3?

Those cars pack quite a bit of power
but would an evo or sti out run em? come close?

how about an m3? would an m3 and s4 be a good race or would an m3 blow it away.

i would like to see all 4 of these cars race to see which place they hold

my guess would be M3,S4,Evo,Sti

All of these cars are about the same performance-wise, with a slight edge going to the M3.

Well in my situation, with my M3 which is known to be a factorey freak ive beaten an S4 from a dead stop, roll BADLY by over 2 cars + up to 110 about, ive murdered my friends evo and beat my friends modded sti, and im not the one to lie! Ive also beaten my friends 6 speed and smg m3's and my car is putting down some crazy numbers in stock form!! I also beat my friends C5 by a car and a vortech G35 coupe 6speed at our last G35 meet

Sport Compact Car did comparo S4 vs M3 vs Evo8 vs Porsche CS4
S4 os 0.2 sec slower to 60 than M3 and 0.2 sec slower to 1/4 mile.
S4 was 0.3 sec faster to 60 than Evo and 0.2 faster to 1/4 mile.

Tests were done at altitude, so turbo 2.0 liter was definetely suffering. I've seen magazine data with Evo being full second faster to 60 than S4, but I am somewhat sceptical.
Test weight was 12lb/hp for Evo and 10lb/hp for S4.

I've seen an M3 and a S4 compete in a race video and the S4 lost big time. But from personal experience of owning a M3 I say get the M3 all the way.You won't regret it trust me.

The evo is not faster than an Sti, they both feel totally different, the evo feels like it has 100 less HP , the Sti has alot of power to put you back into your seat, but the M3 is beating all of this and not by an inch either!

ok.
1. M3 - I have driven 6speed manual. Great car
2. Evo - I havent driven one. It just has better numbers on the paper than an s4)
3. STI - I havent driven one. It just has better numbers on the paper than an s4)
4. S4 - I have driven one and i could not belive that it was a 340 hp car, It felt very heavy. Not something that you would expect from 340 performance sedan.

If anyone has driven Both m3 and the s4 tell me if you can compare those two.
