Different opinions when is it just plain dumb?

Ok, now I am a firm believer in different opinions and tastes. But when is it too "different"? Sorry for the bad quality pic, kind of hard to catch up to fast n furious to get a pic while holding the cam, while trying to be semi safe and not too obvious. Yes, they are hubcap spinners with 5 people in the car, windows down, trying to act cool, being loud.....
