Or you could just go right to MotoRex. I bet they could help you import a specific car if you really wanted it... ...and have the funds. They know the process well, which can be invaluable.

Guess what you can probably get one in but it wont be legal.
And as far as I am aware Motorex is no longer a Registered Importer therefore they can no longer legalize imported cars.

It would suck to bring one in only to have DOT take it away.

Spoke with a guy here in Florida that imports the car and he inform me it's not that hard to register the car. Also insuring it is not that difficult as well. Insure it as a special edition 240 with higher limits...

We have been bringing them in as race cars for 6 months now and getting Texas tags/titles not EPA DOT legal but if you want it bad enough.

R34's R32's etc here is a pic of the one I owned and sold:

How did you get the tags/titles? Using 240sx Vin Plates?
And what do the owners do after the importation time is up?

Per DOT's website..
http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/rules/...ng/Racing.html

-------------------------
Permission to import a motor vehicle temporarily is granted in annual increments for up to three years if duty is not paid, or for up to five years if duty is paid. No later than 30 days after the expiration of the period for which permission is granted, the vehicle must be either exported from the United States or destroyed.

RESTRICTION FOR REGISTRATION AND LICENSING

A racing vehicle may not be registered or licensed for on-road use. A vehicle allowed entry for racing purposes cannot subsequently be converted for use on public roads.
