Rarity, yes, that's about all that impresses me on this one. I don't think it justifies a 1.2 million price tag just because. It's purely displacement to create that kind of HP, anybody can make enormous engines to output enormous amounts of HP. Just my two cents though.

im sure its simple and cheaper to have a 1000hp Supra, but id rather have a 1001 Bugatti plus i doubt there would be aftermarket for this car, but any mod such as ecu remap or anything imagine what you can get out of that. now i know im talking crazy but its possible, and if you have the money, its crazy bling factor

I agree. It's like saying why do people buy Ferraris when they can mod a regular street car to outperform it for less than half the price...

For some people, it's not about the numbers, it's the tag. And these exact people will be the ones to shell out a $mill to buy one of those...

my friend is like that, it drives me crazy. he has an 03 Cobra that hes modded a bit, i think well over 500 hp at the wheels and can outrun 911 turbos, vipers, etc. he goes on and on about killing them, but i keep telling him no matter who he beats he still has a ford. who cares if you can mod a 30k car and beat everything else, the other guy still has a 100k+ car. ill go with a stock super car over a modded mid level any day.

I think that's the mindset of alot of those rich guys/gals. I remember hearing a story about a Dodge SRT-4 beating a Nissan 350Z. Before pulling off the Z guy was like "yeah you beat me but at the end of the day your driving a turbocharged neon"!!
