'06 IS350 - detailed photos

stumbled on these crisp up-close-and-personal photos of the new IS. thought i'd share them here seeing as how, as of this week, the Lexus IS350 is officially our closest Japanese competitor.

I believe you're miquoting the price. It starts at 35k for the 205hp IS250 and tops out at 45k for the 305hp IS350.

That's in Canadian dollars, not American dollars. Still, it's more that it would cost here in the US even with the difference in currency counted in.

That's Canadian dollars. Loaded, they will go for $40K+ plus in the US.

$36030 - Base IS350
$ 4215 - Wood trim, leather, heated/cooled seats, power steering wheel, memory, HIDs, dimming mirrors, 18" wheels, etc.
$ 2550 - NAV
--------------
$42795 sticker for similar equipment to a G35 with Prem/Nav. (~$38K sticker)

And you can get even more options from there...
+$1700 - Levinson Audio
+$500 - Park Assist
+$2850 - Radar cruise
+$100 - headlamp washers

Sat radio, aero packages, etc... you could get it close to $50K. Still, no manual IS350 and supposedly not as "sporty" as the G. I'm still happy with my decision not to wait on the IS. Nice interior, though, and full-on with the gadgets.

I think what I'm most jealous of is the gauge lighting. Of course, I'm jealous of a freaking Jetta when it goes by... and that just ain't right. Friggin orange lights.

The IS250 does. I'm assuming the pictures here are of an IS250, but since the entire 'buzz' around the IS now is for the IS350, I bet the thread was just named after it instead.
