G35 For a M45???
My wife wants me to trade in my 04 G35 6MT and get a M45.
 I have had my G35 now for a little over a year and put roughly 14,500 miles on it. I want to mod it with a Vortec SC and a few other trinkets, but with our 5th child on the way, She sais its time to get a larger capacity 4 door sedan. I test-drove the 05 M45. It comes equipped with a lot of cool features, especially that rear camera thingy.... My question is, should I be stuborn and put up a fight, keep my G35 6mt for as long as I can, or let her think she won me over and slip into a new M45. If I were to trade for the M class, how many engine mods are out there for an M45 Sport Sedan? Oohh I don't like the sound of "Sedan" That V8 does put down some pretty impressive ponies and being able to talk to my radio is pretty impressive.

Shoot, given your situation I would be in either a M45 or FX45 in a sec.
 Actually, with a 5th child on the way . . . You might consider a larger SUV, perhaps.

I cant believe you are even considering not doing this.
Seriously, the M45 is what every single G35 wants, but usually cannot afford. If I was you I would get the M45 immediately

ive driven an m35x and that was real nice. I couldnt imagine how nice an M45 would be.

Get a M45....its just as fast if not faster than a G. You get more luxury and more room as well.

keep the G and buy a used mini-van
the M45 is bigger, but isnt exactly a soccer-mom type car

Yup. Keep the G and pick up a nice, used sedan like Lexus LS400 or GS400/430.

the toys are definitely nice in the M, but other than that you aren't going to have enough room for 7 people
.Keep the G and mod it and buy a vehicle that can safely move the family around. Congrats on soon to be numero 5.
