This truly is the absolute ultimate car ever made. I was LMAO when I read it again the second time. I almost cannot believe the power specs, the performance and braking stats and the features the car has.

It's hard to fathom that it can stop 100-0 km/h in 2.3 seconds. I like how the journalist phrased it....

The ceramic-reinforced carbon brakes measure 40 mm in diameter up front and are gripped by eight, piston calipers with four pads each. At any speed their awesome bite required mental re-adjustment and you have to hold yourself back in your seat by bracing against the steering wheel if you don't want to be bruised by the seatbelt.

actually when you brake in that car, a flap comes up (like on a 747) to slow it down w/ the assist of the brakes. this is when you brake from 200mph.
sad thing is owner of Giovanna wheels, has one on order. my aunts brother btw. im scared of a ride, maybe just to see it ijn person

What a piece of crap. I mean, it only has 4 turbos. I don't pay attention to anything unless it has at least 6 turbos.

The amazing thing is a F1 car will make the Veyron look slow by comparison (except for top speed). For $1.5 million, you can buy a real (used) Ferrari F1 car through Ferrari's new program. But, its not street legal like the Veyron is.

Also, the Veyron hasn't been reputed to be that great of a handling car. It's strengths are straight line acceleration, top speed, and braking. There are much lesser powered cars that will kick its arse on a track like the Nurburgring.

Still, it is a fun and wild creation of a machine.
