thats article is very old and its comparing with a Mark X (which is already released) not the IS350

Jeez - Everyone thinks of the GT-R when you say 2007 Skyline...

This is a proto for the Skyline Sedan (or G35 for those of us in the US.) The current G35 is the V35 model. So the V36 would be the next evolution of the G. This mag was published in 2004 though so it might be old. Apparently, the new G is going to be at the NY Auto Show in April.

The new Skyline GT-R that was debuted a few months ago at the 2005 Tokyo Motor Show is the R35, not the V36.

It's tough to make sense of JDM models and how they translate to the US market. Some are different names, some have different brands alltogether (Infiniti), and some are not even available (Skyline R32-34 GT-R).
