Take your time, do your homework and invest in real estate. It's still gonna be a pain to upkeep and make payments, but your M will depreciate jus like your G. All cars depreciate, and moreover, mods aint worth anything when u want to sell you car.

If that will make you happiness do it. You can't put a price on that.

I'd go for long term happiness over instant gratification anyday. Honestly invest in a house. You get more for your money if the market is good. In most cases the real estate market has positive gains. If you invest in a car you'll essentially loose money. Do you want to loose money or make money? Plus pimpin out of a house is much easier than pimpin from a car or your gf's house. Having a house and a TT G35 will really keep your options open.

You are wasting your time. No one ever listens when you give them advice on the cars they should buy or the girls they should marry. When they ask a question about either, all they are looking for is validation of their choice.

Personally if i had the money to put a deposite down on a house i would as soon as possible. It will make your life so much easier in the long run. Once you start owning property you will see how much more money you WON'T be wasting on stupid stuff. I am going nuts on my G at the moments, but as far as other big expenditures, thats going to have to come at my mid 30's crisis hahaha.

It's your life, you can do what you want.
Although I agree it may be wise to wait on a house as sellers markets in many places are slowly turning to buyers markets, the equity on my last house in two years allowed me to pay cash for my G.

You crack me up Jimmy! Remind me of myself too damn much. Im in the same boat as you (prally not as pimp as you ) with buying cars and wanting a house as well.

Seriously though, be smart. It might seem cool to rock 2 really nice cars at a young age, but its even cooler to rock a Ferrari or Lambo in a few more years with some careful planning and investing. I seriously just almost bought an NSX (was gonna have that and my G) for about 42k. I was sooooo close to doing it but at the very last second, i didnt. Instead, i loaded up my 401k a bit more here at work, dropped a decent amount into my Ameritrade, and bought a hefty life-insurance policy (good investment) instead. Then, in a few months, im going to put the money i saved down on a nice townhome with a 2 car garage.

This will all take place in the next 6-8 months. Then, ill still have my nice G35, ill have a nice place, and a VERY nice savings for someone my age - AND, perhaps then, ill buy another ride. Seriously, theres always gonna be some new ish coming out that you and I are gonna want - just gotta fight the urges and be smart. How are we gonna rock Ferrari's before age 30 if we dont put some away for a rainy day???

Bottom Line: Do what makes you happy - but dont give up what you want most for what you want right now.

Play on Playa.
