One thing for sure C32Amg has a supercharger pushing 349hp...My buddy has one that car really moves....

It would definitely be a drivers' race . . . If you shot the C32 driver dead, first. Even then he might still catch up to you.

i expect my buddy's C32 AMG to win, but not by a huge margin.

Can anyone give some input on how much they think the difference will be from experience or knowledge?

the c32's (rated at 340hp) are as fast if not faster than the e46 M3's which run consist low 13's i believe...I assume you would lose by a good second if you are running the 1/4 mile

my brother has one. that car will own any coupe, as long as it's not on boost. AMGs have kick all throughout their powerbands.

thanks for all your input, but i'd like to know by how much (car lengths per say) do you think a c32 AMG would beat a coupe.

Look at it this way:
C32 AMG (automatic only) runs about the exact same
0-60 and 1/4 mile time as a
400 hp Pontiac GTO (manual).

the C32 is a fast car.
By 60 mph you'll be probably 2 car lengths back.
By the 1/4 mile you'll be 8-9 car lengths back.

dang, that thing is sure fast then, it doesn't even beat our car by a bit, it beats us by A LOT.
