i was talking to my frind who has a corvette z06 and we were talkig about tt g35. im pretty sure a ttg35 can take his z06. Its an 04 and he dynod at 370whp. Not too sure about ttg35 i was wondering how mmuch hp does an average ttg35 have? Also what do tt g35's usually run 1/4 mile.. before u tell me to search. i already tried and couldnt really find what i was looking for.

An old c6? what in the heck are ya talking about? c6 is the generation. only the newest corvettes (05-06) are c6's. Before that was c5's, c4's, etc. In other words, todays corvette is the 6th generation.

If he's putting 370 down at the wheels, its def. not a C6 Z06 (the model that came out this year). Of course, seeing as baseline dynos for C5 Z's usually end up around 340, I don't think he's stock. They only way to find out is to actually run. He'll be running something that puts maybe 30-40 down to the ground, but weighs 600-700 lbs more.

At the track a few months back, I raced a '06. The only Mod I knew he had was a exhaust. I beat him by .825. After the race he told me that my car was pretty fast, and that he was going to some more Mods in the winter time. I was 431 at the rear. My launch was only a 2.2 and his was 2.0. I finally caught him in 3rd gear, and was pulling away from there. So yes, a TT can beat a Z06 as long as they do not have any major mods. If he did, I would be looking at his tail lights for that 12 seconds.

i don't understand... are u sure u raced a z06 or just a regular c6? the c6 z06 has 505/475 horse/torque and weighs 3100 pounds. i've seen performance numbers of less than 4 sec 0 to 60 and 1/4 times below 12 seconds. the new z06 is a monster. even with your car at 431 at the rear... with the weight and gearing i can't picture the z06 being beat in this scenario. i'm not saying that your car is slow... because it absolutely is not (and i wish that i could afford a tt car)... but the z06 is just plainly a beast all to itself.

ok let me get it straight his car isnt a c6 ..its a c5 zo6 and he has headers,exaust, short shifter, and drag radials .

if anyone is from socal ad has a TT g35 please PM me maby we can set a date to go to the track and see whos faster

Too many variables in this.. driver, conditions... I have seen a C5 Z06 go 11.90s stock everything, even paper filter.. A TT G35 should out MPH the car in the 1/4 it would probably be a good run.
