Talking Lexus GS 400 vs G35 kill

I raced my friends GS400 and I beat him in the 1/4 mile and in top end. I was stoked because I thought for sure he would catch me. He was so embarassed because he talked so much trash.

He had my by an half a car in the beginning, then when i snatched third i already had a hood length on him, and i must note I have a Automatic!!!

G35 280hp 270 lb ft torgue rules the planet

GS400 300hp 324 lb ft torgue haahaha!!!!confused:

I am assuming you're buddies GS is either 98-2000. Anyways allthought they have 300hp, however it has a lazy 5 speed transmission, not to mention it's heavy. But either ways Lexus GS is one of my favorite car.

iam actually a friend of kontrezeus and I know the guy he raced. I was a spectator....Lets just say that the whole story is not being told. The gs400 that was being race had a vacuum hose loose and also CEL showing at the time, an oxygen sensor is needed on the car. With that said he was only able to put a half car on the GS400, both cars riding on 20 inch wheels. correct me if iam wrong but the G come with 18's and the GS with 16's, now isnt that plus 4 for the lex and plus 2 for the G. giving the G the advantage? That same race was ran again on yesterday with the same GS but this time no CEL on.andd hose cnnected. The results were quite different with the GS winning the race each time.....I see all the posts about G35 vs GS400 all the time, but most G's being slightly modded... auto vs auto , stock, vs stock the GS400 is slightly faster despite the weight factor, 6speed is a diff story its all about the driver......i have seen it go down plenty of times at the track in GA, as well as walking a G35 coupe and 2 350z's myself with my gs. but i must say that the G is not slow by any chance and no way would sleep on one, but I just thought that i would share the whole story with you guys. Kontrazeus is also a friend but has no knowledge of cars when it comes to street racing. He called and told me that he spanked a BMW 645 just the week before he race that GS....and he argued me down that a G35 is faster than the new 645....u be the judge!!! with that said kontrazeus is now online trying to find performance mods asap!!

I don't think You or him will pull on each other assuming cars are running right. As far as walking a 350z even auto, I highly doubt that. They are pretty much even cars on a strait line.
