doesn't look so bad from the back. But won't there be cooling issues with the brakes? Looks like the guy is looking at a cop bike next to him in pic #2. No side mirrors (camera system?) and the front windows look like they are tinted. What city is this?

With no farther information I'm going to say that the car was probably at the movie premier or was in the process of being position for and exhibition. Look at all those orange signs blocking the lane the car parked in, it's a clues you in that somthing major is happening...
