Stock C32 AMG vs. G35 coupe
I was wondering what mods would be required to beat a c32 amg? Would a supercharger be neccessary? I dont mean in a handeling race..what im talking about it is from a stoplight...thanks for your input.

Supercharger or Turbo with rebuild motor... then you MIGHT have a chance....
other than that... no CHANCE.....

i think just a turbo would do it, from what i remember MT ran the c32 a couple years back and it was a 4.9 sec 0-60 car. we are stock 5.7 secs with a 6 speed (with MTs damn good test drivers). so pretty much you need FI

c32 is not that fast, about M3 fast. any turbo or supercharger option should do it.

guys, the C32 isnt THAT fast. its slower than the M3. its beatable with boltons. all of them tho. intake, spacer, headers, test pipes and probably a really good exhaust...i wouldnt go ahead and say I beat one even tho I have, but you guys will most prob call BS. its possible guys

I'm thinkin from a launch you would need more than bolt ons even on a 6MT with a good driver. The amg is supercharged and producing like 349hp...also its auto and can grip well for launching from what ive heard. Also not to break the thread ive started but they can do a simply pulley swap and gain sum numbers as well.
So again anyone with 0-60 times on a 6mt with vortech and around 380-390whp? |

Hmm...slowest published time of 13.7 for the 1/4 mile. The fasted NA coupe I have seen (RugratCoupe) ran a 13.7x with almost every bolt-on you could imagine. You could theoretically beat a C32 if the person left it in D and not MM. But you would need a lot of bolt-on's.
