And if that's your car in the picture, then so would I. If you did, that would have to be the only US G35 in the UK.

Noone here in the UK would import an US G35 because the Japananese 350GT Skyline (V35) is right hand drive and so much easier for us here (and the car is the same).

Hi guys. Just registered on this forum and stumbled across this thread. I'm yet another 350GT owner I live in West Sussex and own a bog standard 2005 Blue Coupe with tiptronic box and I love every moment I spend in it.

BTW Hi Stevie.

Had the car since Nov 2006; no mods except an alarm; many planned (money permitting ) including converting the satnav/DVD from Japanese to English. I'm popping over to Tampa next week (if it's still on the map ) and I'm planning on visiting an Infiniti dealer to see what I can get for her. Perhaps the satnav/DVD control buttons, if they can convince me that they are compatible.
It's the only 350 within about 30 miles of my place and it's been causing a stir everywhere I've taken it...including my local Nissan dealer, where it brought the entire place to a standstill when all the staff came out to take a look . Very embarrassing .
I've also had a guy stop behind me at traffic lights and take a picture on his mobile phone; and a Tw*t in an Audi TT try and race me (loser). Perhaps he was curious to see what I had under the bonnet.
I'm so pleased with it, I'll probably keep her for the next 4 to 5 years (or perhaps more).
Well here she is.

Cheers Dazz. I think that might be the company that was recommended to me by Newera Imports when I first viewed & test drove a 350GT. They look like they know what they're doing but it's a bit far for me to drive. Might keep their details as a last resort. Cheers anyway.

Lurker now Un-lurking

Been looking at this forum since getting my 350 in November, so far the forum has been really useful for many things.

There seems to be very little difference between the *** 350 GT and the G35, not planning any mods at the moment, allthough I would like to give the engine note a tweak with a plenum spacer.

Will post some pics when I have taken some, trying to find the strip on the bottom of the door as mine is broken anyone any ideas?

Cheers

James

PS Andy nice to see that you have also joined, did you find the manual?

Hi James. I think I've found the manual but the site won't let me download yet. Probably cos I'm a newbie and haven't got many posts yet.

I have used NCS to get my speedo calibrated and they were fine. Yes bit of a drive from Sussex but it gives you an excuse to drive a bit! (300 miles!).

Andy - you have a 350 in the same blue as me! (Snap) There is a bloke on the Skylineowners forum who also has a 350 in the same Caribbean blue who lives somewhere near Sussex (and has fitted lambo doors and Veilside (huge) rear spoiler). I think he goes under the moniker of "350GT" or something close to that. What mods would you go for first? (Think Vortech or Greddy...!!).

Also, any you guys planning to get to any meets/events/shows soon? I hate being the only 350GT at a show (think Japanese Performance Sunday last year ).
