It boils down to money. Most independent film dont draw that much money in the first place. It doesnt have the name recognition as say the Spike Lee joint mentioned, M.A.S.A.
Nah, our struggles don't compare to civil rights movement...lol
Man I wish Thuy Nga or thoes damn production companies actually make some decent movies instead of cranking out Paris By Night. They have the funds and the equipment.

Why? I dont say Du Ma in real life either, i rarely speak Vietnamese during my daily life.
+1 man. The Koreans meet up on here, speak korean and eat korean food and do korean stuff, but they are not ashamed. We should have a Vietnamese meet soon hahaha.
But if yall wanna catch the most viets at a meet in socal, 714 Autobacs meet or aka "official orange county meet thread", i mean you dont have to ask why we should know LOL.
haha yea, Asian mall is old school but trust me, not only fobs go there. A bunch of ppl from Norcal go there every weekend. A lot i mean a lot of cute viet girls are there every weekend too .
