Amazing work Grant once again! Before you know it models will be lining up at your door.
Whats the difference in lighting between 1/2 and 3/4/5? Power, bounced differently? I was wondering why you weren't at R&R, this was a good excuse. ![]()

I'm still a newb, but what did you do to her skin as far as post-processing is concerned? any softening? or is that just the type of lighting? both?

I couldnt tell you the difference to be honest Marcus! I move my flash around every couple of shots. Sometimes its directly on her, sometimes it's bouncing off the wall camera left and sometimes off the ceiling I'm hoping to do a session with 2 of her friends and getting my little sister to come up from San Diego who is an aspiring model Quote:
I used a skin smoothing technique that i combined from 2 different tutorials. Surface Blur> Median> Add Noise> Layer Mask> Brush the skin until it looks smooth but with trying to not overdo it. The lighting and the fact that she is a professional make-up artist makes it that much easier on my as a photog though -GP- |

Its gotta be the position of the flash. 1/2 the light fills in evenly and on 3/4/5 the light highlights her face, at least that what it looks like to me.
