Stick it out of a Cessna when you're cruising at approximately 140 knots.
I did it two days ago and my lens is dust free .

+1, as long as none of it the dust is showing up in your images, particularly in shots of the sky at small apertures, then you should be ok. I know its frustrating hough when you see dust in your gear that you work so hard to keep clean, just went through the same thing with my body.
