I just lost my trial by declaration against an officer who ticketed me for my car not "bouncing up and down" while visible on a flat straight patch of road

What? I remember when you got that ticket. What did the judge say?

 

I didn't get anything of what the judge wrote just that I'm guilty. I even sent images of the FLAT ROAD I was driving on

 

Do you have the option of appeal?

 

I sure do I can submit a new trial but I have a feeling I might as well talk to a wall and get the same level of intelligence

 

Try taking better pictures along with a video and hope for a different judge.

 

Well I gave the judge the exact location and area and I don't see how any person in his position can think otherwise. I mean it's a flat road, how do you see a car bounce up and down? On top of it I don't see anywhere an option for traffic school just "fine paid". Just letting you kids welcome to cali
