The Transformation of and Road to My VIP G35 Sedan
#436
Various pics I have taken. No particular order, quite random:
Took off the Kenstyle and put the OEM back on since I didn’t want to damage it
Long Beach Sedan GTG #1 – 2009
Ghetto HDR (Using 1 pic, but changing exposure in photoshop):
Photoshop of a custom rear bumper I plan to do:
May do a center exhaust instead, still up in the works. May even change the rear bumper but so far this is what’s on my mind.
Test fit of 10.5 +0 on 235/35 up front:
Speed Hunters photo captured at 2009 AutoFashion VIP meet:
Picture Work Wheels used on their www.iputinwork.com webpage:
10.5” wheels in front and 11” wheels in back both mounted on the car:
Better shots of the Bersaglio Swarovski crystal lug nuts:
Garson key hole cover:
My daily lug nuts since the Bersaglio’s don’t have locking nuts:
Swarovski crystal clock mod:
Supporting breast cancer awareness month:
Fatlace Showcase 1 of 1 at Irwindale Speedway:
Hooters Toys For Tots Meet – 2009:
Recent photos my cousin’s husband took while it was parked outside:
Sedan GTG #2 Meet – 2010:
Just crusing:
Put the OEM bumper on and added some ghetto stickers (HP photo paper + clear tape
Just recently, early November, lowered the car some more:
Before:
After:
Three key clearance…
Lug nuts doing what they do best, shining….even the ground is lit up
Test fit of velvet A pillar and faux mink rear deck being wrapped:
Current status as of today:
Rear deck is wrapped. Bought more materials. Headliner and floor mats will be done in mink and I will finish the pillars. Going to paint some of the interior pieces black as well. Hopefully I’ll finish this week.
December 1, 2010:
Working on the interior again. Tryin to get everything done for the Motor Mavens show this Saturday. Got the passenger side pillars and sunroof cover wrapped. Just need to do the driver side pillars and sun visors. Although I'm still not sure if I should wrap the visors or paint them. I'll probably wrap them but they won't come out all that great. Also I still need to paint rear deck pieces black and wrap the headliner in faux mink, prob will do that tomorrow.
Taking a quick break for dinner but here's what I got so far.
December 2, 2010:
Wrapped the headliner in faux mink. Should be finishing up the remaining pillars and installing all interior pieces tomorrow.
December 3, 2010:
Working on the floor mats. Faux mink as well. Got one done.
December 5, 2010:
Not quite done yet and not the greatest pics either, especially with a digital camera. Hard to capture the patterns of the mink and the velvet as well. I still need to figure out how to get the lining around the sunroof area to fit, decide whether or not to put the handles in, hide the audio wires, and get a major detail on the seats.
A forum member took some shots yesterday, I'll update pics once I get those but here's a teaser for now. For those that don't know, the headliner, floor mats, and rear deck are wrapped in faux mink while the pillars, sunroof, and door pull pieces wrapped in velvet. Major thanks go to two of my cousins that helped me out getting the pieces in yesterday before a show and the night before. Spent 14 hours on Friday alone trying to get half the pieces wrapped and everything back in.

No, didn't get the puddle lights and probably won't for a while. Trying to refrain from buying more stuff lol. But I'll do it before I install the sides.
My KuRookie bumper got cracked badly in 3 places. One because of a tire on the freeway that some idiot drove over and the other two from school. A bump and dip right after each other on a narrow decline with people that won't back up caused it.
Technically I still have it, the upper portion. It was used to mesh the Kenstyle coupe front. Kept the perfect fitment and got a different look. Didn't cost me much more than a new bumper either.
