i couldn't watch the whole thing, because some of these issues had already been addressed.
i.e. drilling domestically - mccain already said he wants to drill, while exploring alternative sources of energy. bush already lifted the ban on drilling on the continental shelf. all we have to do now is let congress lift their ban... then the problem will start to be resolved. i dislike his use of the term 'the war in iraq'. it's the war on terror in the middle east, iraq is just one location. that's like saying,'well hitler didn't bomb pearl harbor.'

lifting the ban will ease speculation a little, however, a true solution is to regulate how much oil gets exported. Unfortunately, he is right. It is the war in Iraq. We went into Iraq under the lie of a terrorist threat, truth is, we went in to give Shell, BP, Exxon, and Total back the oil fields.

This is why even within Neocon circles, the Iraq War has been a failure. It never delivered on any of the financial promises it was sold on. Instead, it has been a historic windfall to the oil industry, of which most Americans have paid a dire price to make Bush cronies rich and happy in their off shore accounts.
