We went to "liberate" the Iraqi people
5 years in Iraq. Let's what we can do in 100 years.

a lot of would-be's and if's...
interesting propoganda... it's so easy to get an anti-american story to appeal to the rest of the world. i could probably do a better job taking pictures of people in guns standing around... (i've got a few)

^^
I'd call it propaganda if I went there myself and was able to either debunk or disagree with each of his assertions of life in Iraq. You and I, having not been there in person, to label it as such would be overreaching our authority as commentators on the subject. As for it's intended use, it could be used both ways. The very fact that he was even able to film such a story given the dangers may be a testament to the improvements in safety, albeit no improvements in infrastructure and quality of life is evident. Perhaps a year ago, it would have been so dangerous that even filming this clip would have been impossible. I saw alot of blast walls and S curve roadblocks in the clip. Improvement? Depends on your viewpoint.
