I have 8ks because they were out of 6ks, but another G guy has 6ks and i cant even tell a difference.
The stock ones suck. They look like halogens almost.

boy i have never seen quite as good a color cutoff mod as that^ on some 4300k's... are you sure???

Why would he lie?
 Yes, you can get the stock bulbs to have that blue flickr with a color cutoff mod. IvoryGT has a DIY posted. If you do not feel confident enough to do it yourself, then you can have IvortyGT do it for you for a small fee.

i've had my 8000k for about a week now, and i've come to the conclusion that people who claim they are too blue, haven't had 8000k, or have percieved some cheap a$$ brand. my Mtec's are freakin badass, i love them...
