Corn Flake Chicken

CORN FLAKE CHICKEN

3 breasts sliced in about 3/4 inch strips
bowl of crushed frosted flakes
ranch dressing
flour

glass baking pan about 7x9

clean your chicken then slice it ( i usually dry it a little before i dip it in flour)
roll in flour
roll till coated in ranch salad dressing (gives flavor and works as glue for Flakes)
then rolll till covered completely in crushed Frosted flakes

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

I think it is a great meal.. my wife and i always enjoy this. Hope someone here can use it and enjoy it as much as us.
