Cheesecake Cupcakes

My friend brought this to our annual Christmas Party/Gift Exchange that our friends have every year.....this was SOOOOOOOOO good. That I had to share. Enjoy....

-1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs or graham crackers
-1/8 lb butter

-3 1/2 boxes of cream cheese (take out from refrigerator an hour before starting)
-4 eggs
-1 cup sugar
-3 tsp vanilla extract

-half a tub of sourcream (which i think is 8oz)
-1 cup sugar
-1 tsp vanilla extract

-strawberry syrup
-strawberries

-strawberries/raspberries/blueberries/nuts/ANYTHING u want for topping

Instructions:
preheat oven 350.
Melt butter...stir into graham cracker crumbs. crumbs should get darker and slightly moist.
Line the cupcake cups with the graham cracker mix and pat down.
put into oven for 5 min

mix together the cream cheese and eggs. stir in one egg at a time.
add one cup sugar ...stir
add 3 tsp vanilla extract... stir
When all is mixed in thoroughly (make sure there are no clumps of cream cheese and everything is smooth)
fill batter into the cups (cups should be full 2/3 or 3/4)
put back into oven for 30-35 min.
take out and let cool for like 10-15 min.

mix sour cream/1 cup sugar/and 1 tsp vanilla extract together
(taste this it's so yummy!)
coat top of cupcakes with this and put back into oven for 7-10 min. Do not use ALL of it because after you need to top the cupcakes with this again.
let cool for a couple min- then put into refrigerator

puree fresh strawberries and strawberry syrup
put rest of sourcream topping on the cool cupcakes
drizzle the strawberry syrup mix thing on top
place fruit (or whatever you like) on top

I should slap you like a damn woman for putting this up right before I went home for dinner.

Now I HAVE TO STOP at a f*ckin' grocery store to get all of this stuff so I can make it. LOL
