My pasta recipe

Just made some awesome pasta, I think..ehhehe

I dun meausre any of my ingredients, so hopefully this will work.

Here is what I put, (sauce only)

half handful of ground beef
dash of salt/garlic salt
dash of pepper
half canned diced tomatoes
2 diced mushrooms
dash of oregano

throw everything in except for diced tomatoes, stir until beef starts looking like its cook.

Then dump half can of diced tomatoes and stir, mash up some of the tomatoes. stir for about 1 minute and done. Pour onto spaghetti..enjoy

Sounds like a nice simple pasta dish. I would modify this recipe by substituting beef with some Johnsonville Italian sausage (cut into quarter inch slices, also, Italian sausage provides much more flavor than ground beef) pan-fried with some garlic. When sausage is cooked through, add some canned whole tomatoes, fresh diced tomatoes, mushrooms, coarse kosher salt/fresh ground black pepper to taste, Italian seasoning to taste and bring to a simmer in medium heat. Finish off with some Spaghetti and top with some roughly chopped fresh basil. If you would like to make the sauce a bit creamy, add a few tablespoons of ricotta cheese when making the sauce.
