Spicy quesadillas

This is something that I kind of made up. Not fancy or complicated like some other recipes here, but its good. These are really filling too.

Firs you need chicken breasts, I get mine at Costco.

I will be using 8 because they are thin. Don't forget to thaw.

Cut the chicken into small cubes and put them into a frying pan.

Season the chicken to your taste, these are the different seasoning I use.

Now just season and fry to your taste. If it seems like there is too much water in the pan just drain some out.

Now this is what I add for the most of the spice and flavor. I love how this stuff tastes. You can get it in Chinese food stores. Some Super Wal Marts will have it too.

This is how much I add.

After you mix it in and you want it even more spicy, add this much more.

Now its time to put the chicken into a tortilla and onto a quesadilla maker. This is the one I use. You can get it at Target or on Amazon.

Cheese I use.

Put the cheese onto the middle of the meat. When it melts it will flow to the sides. If you put it all over it will flow out and make a mess.

Cover with another tortilla and close the quesadilla maker.

I usually keep mine longer than the quesadilla maker tells me too. I like it to be a little bit more brown.

Eat.

I like to get some sour cream and dip them. Thats because I am too lazy to pry them open when they are hot.

I know this is way too many pictures for how simple this is, but I was bored and it makes it easier. Haha.

Also, these are cellphone pictures because my SD card broke.

I make quesadillas in a similar way, but I like use Franks Red Hot Sauce/taco seasoning and lime juice (instead of the hotcock sauce) on the chicken and I add a bunch of banana peppers and tomatoes then serve it with some guacamole. mmmm...I think I know what I want for dinner tonight.
