Do you have a slow cooker?
What I do sometimes is let it sit the whole day while your at work and put it on 6 hours, it will turn off by itself. 4 cans of cream of mushroom soup, salt, pepper and in goes the pork chops. But the time you get home they will be fully cooked and tender. So tender the pork will fall off the bones. Add some while rice and green beans and your set for a full meal.

Ever tried white BBQ sauce? Sounds nasty, tastes delicious! Especially on pork.
* 1 cup mayonnaise * 3/4 - 1 cup cider vinegar * 1 tablespoon lemon juice * 1 1/2 tablespoons black pepper * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 1/4 teaspoon cayenne Some people add a touch of horseradish sauce. I've thought of trying it with miracle whip light as well, but haven't.

ever make Puerco (Cochinita) Pibil? it's from the Yucatan. I have. And Director Robert Rodgriquez showed me how.
FYI, the banana leaves are hardest to find. I recommend going to your closest Asian food market. You'll find them there with ease. <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/gO8EiScBEjA&rel=1"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/gO8EiScBEjA&rel=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>

Whatever recipe you choose, BRINE it first! They will stay much more juicy. Cook to internal temp of 160°F max.
http://www.cooksillustrated.com/imag...ningbasics.pdf I recommend cutting their salt quantities in half.
