Flatbread Pizza
I made a really good flatbread pizza for supper tonight. I used wholewheat flatbread and spread some garlic and basil pizza sauce over it. I grilled two boneless skinless chicken breasts and cut them up into small squares and spread them over the flatbread. I added some fresh onions and green peppers, shredded mozza, and sprinkled some oregano on it. Put it in the oven at 400 for 10 mins and voila. It was pretty darn good and pretty healthy too.

if you want to make a quick pizza snack use instant biscuits out of the can. bake them for 5 mins then smush them back down and bake again for 5 mins, it makes them like thin crust. then sauce and top it as you like, good for portion control as well.
