Tonight's dinner, Korean Oxtail soup

12qt Crockpot
1 1/2 lbs of oxtail
water
4 cloves of garlic
crushed korean red pepper
*tashida (korean msg)
4 stalks of green onions

place oxtail in crockpot and put in about 8qts of water, you want it make sure the water is about 4 inches over the oxtails. let it cook on med for 8 hours. crush and mince garlic and place in a small serving dish, do the same with the green onions. place about a heaping tablespoon of the msg in another dish, and do the same with the red pepper. I usually like to remove everything from the crockpot into a 10 qt stove pot, and i place it on high to bring to a boil, and let simmer. serve about 2 oxtails w/broth in a large bowl with a side of calrose rice. you then throw in as much garlic, green onions, msg, and red pepper as you like. best served simmering in a korean hot pot. enjoy.

*You can substitute MSG with salt or soysauce
