FURIKAKE PAN SUSHI
1/2 cup rice vinegar 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp salt 8 cups hot cooked white rice Topping: 3 egg omelet, julienned 1 bottle (8.5 oz) furikake 1/4 cup pickled ginger slivers 1/2 cup fish cake strips 6 - 8 string beans, blanched and julienned 1/2 cup julienned ham, chicken or turkey 2 Tbsp green hana ebi 2 Tbsp red hana ebi Combine vinegar, sugar and salt, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Pour over rice and mix until well absorbed. Press into a 9x13-inch pan. Pre-cut into 3x3-inch servings. Sprinkle topping ingredients evenly over rice. Cover pan with foil until ready to serve. Do not refrigerate as rice will dry out.
