OK, here is my recipe: Fried Twinkies

What you will need:
10 Twinkies
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tablespoon malt vinegar
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 12 ounces water
Frying Oil - as needed
Powder sugar- as needed

1-Place the Twinkies in refrigerator for cooling.
2-Heat the frying oil to 350 degrees, you will need enough oil to cover the Twinkies
3-Mix the remaining ingredients except the sugar into a batter, it should be the consistency of custard when you are done
4-Roll the Twinkies in flour, and then dip them in the batter
5-Drop the battered Twinkie into the deep fryer for about 90 seconds until the filling starts to melt and the outside is golden brown
6-Top with powdered sugar

They are great when served with a blackberry or raspberry sauce too.

I think I'd have a gurney ready if I were to eat this.
