egg drop soup????
i eat my body weight of this every time i go to the chinese buffet, so how do i make it at home?....i've tried every brand packet they sell at the grocery store and they are all CR@P, so someone help me out

Kind of bland if you ask me, I like the hot and sour soup.
I believe the basic ingredients are chicken stock, soy, sherry and ginger. Google any recipe you want, but no matter what the recipe says, turn off the heat when you pour in the eggs and stir slowly in one direction. It makes better threads. |

I'm a big fan of this soup as well but never tried to make it before.
