Some of you guys have seen my house and now what a huge yard I have. August my wife will be giving birth and I wont be able to keep up with such a huge yard. So we decided before the fall came and I have to rake 3 times a week to put the house up for sale. We have nice green grass and we hate to let it go. We will be staying in the same neighborhood we are just getting a smaller yard. This is a 4/3 3,056 square feet home with a 36,000 gallon pool. The pool is 8 1/2 feet deep. I have a formal living room and dinning room and big kitchen. The garage I believe is 560 square feet and we are sitting on almost an acre. .85 to be exact. We just put in a $5,000 playground in the back yard. This house is beutiful and would make a great home for any family. This home also has a 17 zone sprinkler system with full security alarm as well as hard wire smoke detectors. I will post pictures tommorow. I thought I would put it out first to the members of the forum before I list it on April 6th. If interested please let me know.
