In need of a part

Ok, I've searched 3 Infiniti parts websites and cannot find what I'm looking for. I hope you all can help me.

I'm looking for the black plastic piece that is attached to the underside of the front bumper. My car is an '04...I don't know if the '06s differ with the new bumper? I need a price and a part number. A link to buy it would be great!

Story: I never had it attached to my Kuruma bumper for a few reasons. I took the car to the body shop today to get an estimate on fresh paint and a few fixes as to the fitment of the bumper. The guy at the shop messed with the black plastic piece. I drive off without noticing. I'm traveling 60mph on the highway driving to work when I hear this loud scraping noise. Well, the black plastic piece is bent down, scraping along the pavement. I pulled over twice and wedged it back up above the bottom of the bumper, but the plastic peice fell down again and scraped. Now there is practically nothing left of it and I need a new one before my bumper is fixed in a few weeks.

Well, the thing is...not having the plastic piece attached to my bumper is one reason why the bumper is so flexible. The bumper sags near the fenders by about 1/4 inch because it has no reinforcement, other than the 2 screws that go into the fender. I need this piece, but in the meantime I'm goin to take it off because I cannot drive around having it scrape everywhere.

I pulled up to get a smoothie before work yesterday and this ******** who I always see driving like an idiot in his fake S55 AMG says "Your car is too low, you're going to screw it up. Did you buy your lowering springs on the internet or something? Why don't you spend your money on big wheels." I reply with "My car has been lowered for almost a yeaar. I've had no problems and I have black 19" wheels already." His friend then replies with "He goes to UCF, no wonder why he doesn't are about the car." Man...those guys pissed me off!
