07 G35S 5AT - Technosquare Reflash Completed

Sorry for the delay but I finally found time to start posting up regarding the Technosquare Reflash.

As many of you already know TS decided to use my car as a test vehicle for the 07 G35S 5AT Reflash. The reason being I'm close to there facility.

Here's the time-line of what actually occured.
March 24 - Dropped off my ECU @ TS to ship to Japan
April 1 - TS notified that my ECU was back from Japan
April 2 - Picked up ECU and scheduled appointment for reflash and tuning

On Tuesday April 8th I brought my car in for tuning. At the time of the tuning my car consisted of the following mods:
Fujita Intake
Berk Technology HFC's
Stillen Exhaust

The reflash consisted of Increasing Rev Limiter to 8k, Elimination of Speed Limiter and Adjustment to 1) Ignition Timing Map, 2) A/F Map and 3) Drive By Wire

Below is the dyno results:

Proto2 Blue - base line
Proto6 Red - reflash
Proto13 Black - replacing Fujita intake with factory intake

As you can see just by removing the $h!tty Fujita intake there was ~10hp gain. For the mostpart I am very satisfied with the results. The only issue is there appears to be slight hesitation whenever the car is under load and below 3k RPMS. TS thinks its not related to the reflash but has to do with the unit that controls the torque converter.

Anyhow for any specific pricing and availability please contact Technosquare directly.

Additionally I may not have time to reply back to any questions on this thread in a timely manner due to my new job. I will try to post up pictures / videos or just host them on Photobucket and YouTube over the weekend. See post #3 for picturesSorry

***TS was still in need of a G35S 6M/T test vehicle***

Nice job Joey! Interesting info on the Fujita though.

I assume they created their tune using a motor w/o bolt ons. Do you think there could be more increase if they tuned WITH bolt ons?

Wow! That's some nice gain right there, Joey!

So when will it be available for us? My car is running lean as heck right now. I really need some good tuning!!!

Did TS give you any insight on why the hp gain was increased once you put the factory intake back on? Thats crazy....i wonder if the Stillen intake has the same effect.

i think i might go back to stock if thats the case

wow excellent result with such minimal mods! any problems with pinging? you should have sold the Fujita before posting this - no one is gonna buy it now.

here are my TS pics circa 2005: https://g35driver.com/forums/tuner-dyno/56813-visit-technosquare-ecu-reflash-pics.html

my F-spec reflash was pinging, i had to ship the ECU back in for L-spec reflash (throttle position, rev limiter, speed limiter)...
