I doubt anyone went, I wanted to go but since no one else did I'm going to the Rolex Grand Prix in Homestead. How many days did you stay and how much was it to attend? Do they give you access to the garages where they set up the cars?

Btw thanks for sharing the pics, I thought the m3 gtr was supposed to be a V8???

Cool pics... Thanks for posting.

I love the picture of the guy with a large zoom lens standing about three feet away from one of the bikini models. I'm sure that was a good shot...

M3 seemed to have the normal engine on all of their cars. I went there Thursday and stayed till Saturday night. It was great. Tickets were 80$ and parking was 60. I went with 3 other friends and had a great time. I looked out for G's parked there, but did not find any. There was a BMW Club that was allowed to have a spin at the track! I wish I was in that club lol. You should apply for next year. THey wont let you drive fast around it, but its nice to be on the track and see the track first person.

About the garages, only secret people like Audi wouldnt let you go in. I mean, the garages were right there, everyone could see them. The only thing separating the people from the garages were poles used in airports to make lines. Im sure you can ask to go in for some pictures and they would say no, especially you being a pretty girl and liking cars!

Haha I'm going to the Rolex Grand Prix in Homestead and my buddy hooked us up BIG time, we have "behind the scenes" passes to the parking garages and we get to roll out on the track and do a parade lap before the races start. I can't wait... our group is about 30 cars going but only one G.

I guess you're talking about BMW CCA, I'm not a member yet. I'll be taking my car down to Homestead and tracking it soon enough though. Going on the track with an instructor for a day is the best mod you can do for your car It's just a waste of car if you have a G and never take it to a track and push your car to the limit to see what it's all about.
