if you pay all cash, you pay the tax when you register in florida, and if you finance then you pay the tax in georgia and they forward it. If you pay 4 percent up there then you might pay the remainder state tax here.
It also depends if you get the car in ga or in florida, even if you buy it in ga.
basically you end up paying fl tax somewhere and you dont pay any extra tax up there,
but if buying privately, ga residents dont pay tax on used cars, there lucky that way.
