Locksmith to Program Intelligent key
Hi, I'm new to the forums. I lurk mostly..
Anyways, I broke my old intelligent key remote and was looking around for a place to program an uncut remote I got off eBay.
I read around that auto locksmiths are usually cheaper than the dealerships.
So I was wondering does anyone know of a place
Thanks in advance

This is not correct. I am a locksmith and I have the ability to pair intelli-keys to cars. You just need the correct equipment

Hi, i'm having a similar problem. I actually purchased a new intelligent Key+ FOB from dealer today and was hoping to program it myself or have locksmith do it. I called a few places and they quoted me ~ 150 for locksmith reprogram. Dealer is the same plus tow. What is NATS and how can i disable it? I have no way of starting the car. Just a brand new fob and a cut key.
Thanks
Thanks

Locksmith
I had a local locksmith do the fob programming and cut a key for my 2007. Piece of cake for him to do in about 15 minutes in my driveway. He told me that the cheap keys on e-bay will not work and that a used key will not be programmable every time. I spent about $45 for the fob and blank key from a site he recommended. (something like keylessremote.com) Told me stories of people remotes from e-bay that cost like $9.99, ya get what ya pay for. He turned out to be my neighbor and did the programming for free. Nice.

Choosing the dealer for programming an intelligent key is a good option, but they charge more than enough for their work.Visit dealer at that time when you have no other option to do.Locksmith can also cut and program those keys, i always prefer them to repair or replace locks, keys as their charges are comparable and less than dealers and they work the same as the dealer does.So i recommend to be the better option for fob programming.
