ECM Repair shop needed

So I have determined the ECM in my 2004 g35 sedan is fried. and ive found that trying to find another with same code number is difficult at best. adding to that issue is that the ECM replacement unit will then need to be programed to my car.

Best bet is to have it repaired by one of many that I found on line, however... who is to be trusted?

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks,

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
Hit up Shawn Church at Church's Automotive in LA. If he can't do it, my guess he can point you in the right direction.

My ECM was not repairable, so I finally sourced a replacement with exact same part numbers. So If I understand this I will need to first have it programmed by a locksmith so my key will work. Then after that I must do the following

1ECM reset
2Accelerator pedal position learning
3Throttle valve position learning (which I have done in past when TB went bad)
4Idle air learning

Will it need to learn anything else?

When i had mine replaced i did it myself. Church automotive just reloaded my settings from the last ECU that he had stored on his computer. Everything worked out fine.

Thing is they wont program to key... so that still needs lock smith.. so my question stands... if after I get the mobilizer to function with original key...are there any other steps besides the bellow to get my car to run normal again...

1ECM reset
2Accelerator pedal position learning
3Throttle valve position learning (which I have done in past when TB went bad)
4Idle air learning
