NBA games fixed?

http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=3436401

This can explain a few things... I also never liked David Stern, you can tell he has some sort of guilt in that video.

Same, well the 4th quarter atleast.

Lakers got 27 free throw attempts in the 4th.. Kobe elbowed and pushed bibby and the foul was called on bibby.

Scott Pollard says it felt unfair and impossible to win that game.

I distinctly remember that game. Me being a Laker fan will be the first to admit that was bullsh1t. Just like game 2 on Sunday night.

These conspiracy theories aren't looking as theoretical, are they?

if anyone thinks this is a new thing, you're crazy. im surprised it took this long for a story to come out about it. i've always said refs ruin games across most sports, especially b ball and football. its not surpising, people put BIG money on games and who's a ref to say no when he thinks he wont be caught. its the Ted Dibiase syndrome, everybody's got a price lol

Thats what my bro says.. Usually its all fixed... Way too much money is involved.

Still I hate how david stern is trying to write it off like nothing his happening and hes lost about it. He is a bag of scum, always trying to hide things.

Laker fans were not crying about fouls that night

Thank god Baseball only has a drug problem this could ruin the sport. If this guy is like Clemens boy McName he cant lie and if he does it goes against him. That is what makes these allegations even more serious. I used to love football then got into watching the lines and over unders. Seeing thing happen that had Vegas written all over it was such a slap in the face. Dont get me wrong still love the sport but something is taken away from it when you know some calls are for a reason. If he gives names of officals, they get sat down on record, a lot of these guys will tell the truth to stay out of trouble. That is if there is anything to tell

I knew games were being fixed when, back in '99, Pat Riley blamed a referee by name for fixing a game so that the Heat got knocked out of the playoffs by the Knicks. Riley said that the ref came up to him after the game and said "It's been our pleasure watching your team's demise", or something to that effect. I knew Riley must have been telling the truth. I've always wondered how many games were fixed over the years.
