The NFL is now an anti gang task force

I think there image is tarnished enough by all the other sh!t that has gone on like Vick,Lewis,Carueth,Clarette and more importantly them screwing over injured players that have been forced to retire ETC. and now they go public with this.

Yea I heard about this yesterday on the radio. I didnt realize it was the NFL I assumed it was the NBA cause of Pierce. This stuff is getting out of hand. What are they gonna do suspend you for something done in the past?

I seriously doubt any NFL players are full fledged members of any street gangs. They may have once been affiliated, but to have made it all the way through college and then into the NFL as a gang member would have been very difficult.

The Paul Pierce incident looked like another wannabe gangster in the NBA to me. He is from Inglewood and it did look like a "Blood" gang sign, but to say he is currently a member of that gang is stretching it.

I had thought that also but after all that sh!t with Mike Vick...I believe that gangs were mentioned in the affidavit...I'm not saying he is a gang member but associated with them...IDK if that is what they are look for if any players are affiliated with gang members not so much members...Either way I think it is ridiculous...It's ruining the upcoming season for me I can't wait for Football

gang signs are so stupid.. You honestly look like your mentally retarded w/ some kind of mental illness when you throw up gang signs.

Kinda like your brain and spinal cord are getting tangled up and are sending messed signals to your hands.

Being affiliated with and actual membership are two very different things. Either way, it's bad news for pro sports and unacceptable behavior.

if its true tho dont you want them looking into it...you want your son or daughter throwing up gand signs cuz some dumb player decides he wants to celebrate in the end zone and do that bs...i think its smart to start investigating...you know they tag tanks and equipment overseas with gang signs

You can take the rat out of the hood, but you can't take the hood out of the rat. I can understand to a certain degree teenagers still glorifying the gang life, simply because they're stupid and don't know any better, but to carry it on into your late 20s and sometimes even early 30s...LOL. Grow the fvck up. Especially as a figure in the public eye...possibly even someone, God forbid, that people look up to. Christ...
