Maybe I just don't know about gymnastics but...
How the fvck can China have two guys take an extra step and step out of bounds on the vault and still score in the 16s? The one guy got 16.775 and he took a blatent extra step. These judged events are total bullshyt.

even though its home field, the judges have only one asian guy on there. I think its bc their execution and lvl of difficulty was greater than expected so thats why even with the faults, they actually scored high.
too bad...USA was sooooooo close. then china took it away just like that. then japan too, and almost germany.

The 16 year old minimum for age in womens gymnastics is stupid.
In girls gymnastics, girls peak at about 13-14. Their bodies cannot take it much after that. (Some do but alot dont). The judging is extremely biased in both the mens and womens. But alot of the time gymnastics is like that. So what can you do? Congrats to Shawn and Nastia though. I'm also very happy for Sasha because he has always been so inconsistent. I've seen him at competitions just fall apart, but now he is proving he can hit, even under pressure.

and thats the complete opposite of what all the olympic regs are regarding age is that they are not developed enough and it will lead to further complications down the road seems strange all the experts dissagree with what you say
