Per afropuff's suggestion...reposting this here. So far all I see are people saying go to this site or go to that site. How about an actual exchange of ideas?

I haven't seen a thread for this yet so let's get one started for the FF players here.

Need some advice/validation. I play in a PPR league and RBs that can catch out of the backfield are like gold. Which of these RBs would you start?

Adrian Peterson - despite the hamstring injury, the Vikings do not want to go 0-3 and want to win badly. Do you think they will start All Day, or continue to rest him? Even in a limited capacity, he is still capable of busting out for a 100yd game, but the question remains, will he even suit up, much less play?

Willis McGahee - projected to start without question this weekend, will it be running by committee, or will he get his 25+ carries? If the latter, against the Browns soft defense, I could certainly see him getting 100+ yds and possibly a TD or two, since Flacco hasn't shown himself to be an effective passer.

Matt Forte - most likely to get the bulk of the carries based on his performance in the past few weeks. I figure he gets 22-27 carries, but Tampa Bay's run defense isn't too bad.

As for WRs, would you start Andre Johnson of the Texans against a fierce Titans defense who will be pressuring Schaub the entire game, or Lee Evans against a feeble Oakland defense? The quandary is that Johnson is typically a fantasy stud, whereas Evans usually doesn't start getting hot until later on in the season. Normally, based on talent alone, I would start Johnson, but the matchups certainly pose a problem this week.

Jonathan Stewart is a good sleeper pick too. He has 3 TD's for Carolina in the last 2 games. He is my backup right now for LJ and Maurice Jones-Drew. I also have Felix Jones as a backup.

I've got LJ too, but would love to get rid of him. He's going to be worthless this season. I'm a KC fan and I can tell you from experience that it's going to get worse before it gets better. I should have dumped him before the season, but the fan in me kept him under false hope.

+1 on Slaton, Jones and Mclain for now. Saints has not yet committed to running the ball with Deuce, but could change this week against Raiders. Mcgahee still iffy with rib injury, but should play, Mclain may get most of the touches but runs hard and has been looking good of late.

My season took a huge dip after Brady went down. My second pick was Mcgahee and hes been injured. I picked up Warner late in the draft on a huntch and ive been riding his shoulder. It also helps that i have Larry Fotzgerald on my team

Oh yea Winslow has been a no show on my team...hes been riding the bench until Cleveland gets their s@$t together. I have Owen Daniels starting this week. Hope thats a good decision

Mcgahee has history for getting injured and not getting TD's. Mclain looks like a very good RB, and gets the goal line TD's, Warner was a nice pick-up, he's around 4th in total fantasy points. I say sit all Cleveland players until they prove they are worth starting, Winslow might not even play this week, plus they are playing tough Giants Def. on MNF. D. Anderson better have a good game, otherwise B. Quinn will start soon at QB. Owen Daniels has been solid for weeks and is worth starting every week.

ok one last question

im gonna start 2 receievers, larry fitz is a lock i need to know who you would start from the following players:

M Muhammad
I Bruce
Roy Williams
Donald Driver...

Right now im leaning towards Driver cuz seattle secondary got torched. I bruce is playing an ispired eagles defense and roy williams is crap. M muhammad is also looking good...

Orlovsky is at QB for the Lions, they could end-up throwing all day, so R. Williams could have a good day, BTW he is asking for the ball more, led NFL in targets week5. The safe start is probably Muhammad or Driver.
